On the Spring Equinox, tilt your scale towards sanity and serenity. The Meditation Challenge is a 28 day program, to steady the mind, manage stress, strengthen appreciation and experience more ease in everyday life.
Through a month long series of daily meditations and conversations, participants will benefit from the power of consistency, while creating a new healthy habit. Our peer community will serve as a real support for staying on the path. Mindfulness training builds resiliency, creativity, and widens our capacity for love. Learn techniques for calming the mind, taming the tyrant of distraction and quieting the inner critic. Basic conversations on posture and breath will help new practitioners establish a baseline, and deeper discussions of awareness and transformation will enhance the practice for seasoned meditators alike. Experience for yourself how meditation works and why a regular practice brings more balance, clarity and meaning to our lives.
Each day we’ll gather to connect, share and reflect on the challenges and triumphs of bringing attention to the present moment. A short teaching of technique or philosophy, followed by a guided meditation (including mindful movement and breath work) will follow. A daily email with recording link for prior class, along a bounty of online resources, will also nourish your practice.
For yogis, spiritual seekers, or any stressed-out nervous systems, this course is designed to be a bright light in your spring and awaken new insights that will stay with you for years to come. Launching on World Happiness Day, the invitation is for everyone who can do the simple work of paying attention, listenings and offering kindness, to begin now.

The Meditation Challenge is delivered live through Zoom. All classes will be recorded and available for at least 24 hours.
Decades of research show a majority of people who complete a fundamental meditation program report greater ability to effectively cope with both short and long-term stress. By learning to be more present, many practitioners report they are better able to manage anxiety, fear, craving, anger, grief and depression. Personally and professionally, participants often feel less judgmental and critical of themselves, and subsequently of others. Meditators state they have greater life satisfaction, even in challenging times. Come discover how meditation can positively affect the quality of your daily life.
This is an inclusive space – all students welcome from all walks of life. Our commonality is the desire to find more balance, peace and happiness in our lives. If you share these aspirations, this program can be a valuable resource for you.
This immersion is eligible for 25 Hours of credit towards 300 Hour Certification or Continuing Education through Yoga Alliance and Wanderlust Hollywood.
