Rooted over a long period of time (Yoga Sutra 1.14)
From the deepest roots rise the most magnificent trees. A six month apprenticeship with a steady guide, a single wellspring and the support from a circle of students, this course digs down for real growth.
I remember my apprenticeship so clearly. It was the time I stepped up to walk my talk. I had big hopeful intentions and was ready to get real with my actions. Apprenticeship was the genuine initiation of my meditation practice and home practice. It is a rite of passage that aligns seeker with source and seals the wisdom that only direct experience can deliver. I came to learn teaching skills but what I took away was life skills. Apprenticeship offers the nourishment of self-accountability that creates enduring courage and consistent faith. Up-level in every way.
